I welding the boards, how burned write and burned writing not go in, doubt reset circuit has a problem, using a multimeter to reset the lead feet, a 2.878 v, I didn't kill the power directly the reset line drawn, the results were so will burn write in, then, I didn't add reset circuit, to burn to write programs, also can burn in, reset for 0 voltage, but a plus reset circuit and burn don't go in, is this why?
Really and reset circuit have nothing to do.
Is not cold start-STC is this single chip features.
