It is a hifi Class-D 250Wx2 audio amplifier designed with IRS2092 audio driver and IRFI4019H MOSFET. It's almost a 100% clone of IR's reference design board IRAUDAMP7S, even the output inductors are same as IR's reference board. The price is only about 1/2 of IR's IRAUDAMP7S.
